  1. Are you licensed and insured?
    1. Yes! We comply with all Illinois state regulations, which includes insurance, to keep our license active and in good standing
  2. How much do your services cost?
    1. The cost always depends on a number of variables. The service, number of people assigned to the work, location, travel time, weight, stairs and time to complete the work are the most common factors that influence the cost of the work you need done. Call us or submit an online request to start the process of getting a customized quote
  3. How is junk removal handled?
    1. In most cases, junk will be hauled to the local transfer station to be weighed and unloaded. The transfer station has a 1-ton (2000 lbs.) minimum weight charge, so we will be charged the greater of the minimum weight charge or actual weight of the items being unloaded
  4. Do you dispose of tires?
    1. We can pickup your tires and ensure they are disposed of properly by taking them to a local tire dealer
  5. Do you offer storage services?
    1. We can help get your contents to/from your storage unit but we do not own a storage facility so we cannot offer direct storage services
  6. Do you offer packing and unpacking services?
    1. At this time, we do not offer packing or unpacking services. However, we are always looking into ways to grow while enhancing the customer experience so these services may be offered in the future
  7. Do you transport hazardous materials?
    1. No, this is beyond our scope of services
  8. Do you move items such as pianos, hot tubs and pool tables?
    1. These are specialty items that we do not currently move, unless they are being thrown away. However, if you are in need of this, you can still contact us for a local referral
  9. Do you sell supplies, hardware or equipment?
    1. No. We do not sell supplies, hardware or equipment for any of our services
  10. What states can you operate in?
    1. Our moving service is a intrastate license which is only valid for the state of Illinois. This means that if we are transporting your items, then the move must start and end within the state of Illinois. All other services can be completed in any state
  11. Do you offer discounts or bartering?
    1. No. Discounts and bartering for moving services are prohibited by the state of Illinois
  12. What are your payment options?
    1. We accept cash, cashiers check, money order and a number of digital payment methods
